Peach Iced Tea with Honey
I make this when fresh peaches are in season and I'm tired of cold brew. The peach slices go straight into the warm tea and sit there while it cools, so the whole pitcher tastes like peach by the time it's cold.

Method
Bring the water to a boil in a kettle or pot.
Pour the hot water over the tea bags in a pitcher and let them steep for 5 minutes, then remove the bags.
Stir in the honey and lemon juice while the tea is still warm so the honey dissolves.
Add the peach slices to the pitcher and let everything cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
Fill a glass with ice, pour in the tea, and add a few peach slices to each glass.
Chill until ready to serve, or drink right away over ice.
